Welcome to TuteGlobal. By accessing or using our platform (www.tuteglobal.com, “Website”, or “Services”), you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Terms for Tutors

By registering as a tutor on TuteGlobal, you agree to the following:

  1. Profile Creation & Alerts
    • By creating a tutor profile, you consent to receive SMS and email alerts about student requirements based on your profile.
    • You may unsubscribe at any time by writing to us at info@tuteglobal.com.
  2. Information & Verification
    • Tutors must provide accurate personal details, teaching experience (if any), and their latest educational qualification.
    • Tutors may be asked to share ID proof with clients if requested.
  3. Professional Conduct
    • Tutors must not engage in activities other than teaching, such as offering admissions, making fraudulent proposals, or soliciting money for non-teaching purposes.
    • Any fraudulent activity by tutors against students or TuteGlobal will result in legal action.
    • Tutors are expected to maintain punctuality, professionalism in behavior, communication, and attire when conducting classes.
  4. Updating Information
    • Tutors are required to immediately update TuteGlobal about any changes in their address or contact details.
  5. Rights Reserved
    • TuteGlobal reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Terms for Students & Parents

By registering as a student or parent on TuteGlobal, you agree to the following:

    1. Tutor Engagement
      • TuteGlobal facilitates connections with tutors that best match your requirements but does not guarantee academic success or examination results.
      • The final decision to choose a tutor rests solely with you.
    2. Respect & Safety
      • Tutors must be treated with respect and dignity at all times.
      • A tutor will only teach if at least one parent or guardian is present in the home during sessions.
    3. Verification
      • You may request a tutor’s ID proof and qualification records before starting classes.
      • TuteGlobal does not guarantee the authenticity of documents provided by tutors.
    4. Payments
      • It is strongly recommended that tuition fees be paid through the TuteGlobal platform.
      • Payments made through the platform will be transferred to tutors only after confirmation of session completion from you.
      • If you choose to pay tutors directly and a dispute arises, TuteGlobal will not be responsible.
    5. Liability & Responsibility
      • TuteGlobal does not guarantee student progress or academic performance.
      • TuteGlobal is not liable for theft, misconduct, or any untoward incident during sessions. Parents/guardians are advised to supervise classes.
    6. Non-Agreement with Terms
      • If you do not agree with these Terms, you are requested to stop using the platform immediately.
    7. Rights Reserved
      • TuteGlobal reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any terms at its discretion, with or without notice.

3. General Provisions

  • By using our Website or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
  • Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
