1. No Refunds on Membership Purchases

  1. Once a Premium Membership plan (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly) is purchased, the payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  2. Tutors are advised to carefully review membership details before making a purchase.

2. Duplicate Transactions

  1. In the event of an accidental double deduction or duplicate payment, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment source.
  2. Refunds for duplicate transactions will be processed and credited within 7–10 working days from the date of confirmation.

3. Non-Transferable

  • Membership plans are non-transferable and cannot be shifted to another tutor account.
